Mason BurnAlong Helps Students and Employees Thrive Together During the Coronavirus Outbreak

All Mason students, faculty, and staff can access Mason BurnAlong for free to strengthen their well-being and stay engaged with each other online during the coronavirus outbreak. Now that Mason has canceled all in-person events through the end of the spring 2020 semester, following guidelines from the CDC and the Virginia Department of Health, our Mason community can stay connected online through Mason BurnAlong.

Mason BurnAlong features hundreds of well-being video classes across more than 40 categories that are available on-demand anytime and anywhere. Topics range from fitness to mindfulness meditation. Many of the classes feature content produced by members of our Mason community.

All Mason students and staff can gain free access by signing up here! We can also invite friends, colleagues, and family members to join us.
